Verizon Wireless provides an easy-to-use and kid-friendly wireless phone, Migo. Migo
is small and light weight, 2.46 oz. and 3.23" (H) x 1.81" (W) x 0.87" (D).
Migo lets you and your kids stay in touch. Migo Features include 4 programmable numbers,
a speakerphone, and a programmable number emergency key. No support for Voicemail, Get It Now,
Web Browsing or sending and receiving text messages. Migo Prices: $49.99 for 2-year contract
with no activation fee and $99.99 for 1-year contract with $35.00 Activation fee.
Location Based Service Plan
To locate your kid's Mingo via handset or PC, you will need to subscribe Chaperone. The
monthly fee to have Chaperone service is $9.99. To include Geo-fence feature, you will
need to subscribe Chaperone with Child Zone. Geo-Fence means pre-define an area for
your kids. Once your kid leaves the area, you will receive an alert message. Monthly fee
for Chaperone with Child Zone is $19.99.
